Leesburg has a newspaper, I think it's the Chronicle, there is virtually no one working there, I tried to run a classified ad there and after several weeks finally got in touch with them. The girl told me she is the only one there and all of the voice mailboxes are full. They are also very expensive for ads as well as subscriptions and doubtful they will deliver to TV.
