I tried calling Jesses Detailing for over 2 Weeks. His mail box is full and there is no way to contact him. I need the name of someone who does a good job & answers his phone.

Will at +1 (352) 651-3890. Came to my house. Detailed my truck and wife’s SUV inside and out. Very satisfied with the results.

Total Recon is no longer in the car detailing business. Now all they do is apply ceramic coating to cars, and they are booked up through November. FYI I just had some bodywork and new paint on my car (got involved in an accident) and the owner of the frame/bodywork shop where I had my car repaired said that ceramic coating is a bit of a scam, i.e., most places WAY overcharge for it and it's not all it's cracked up to be.

Chris (lost his last name) did mine twice at my location. 352-431-8322. He talks a lot but did an excellent job.

Do any mobile detailers do clay bar treatments? I've got some specks on the paint from being up north that don't come off with washing by hand.

Ceramic coatings work well, with limitations. They do last for 3-4 years. However, they do not stay in perfect shape for 3-4 years. They get scratched, swirled, bird bombed, and tree sapped like any other finish. So after a year or two, although they are still protecting, the finish gets dodgy. If you are picky about your car's finish, this may drive you nuts. This is why I won't have another ceramic coating applied to my cars. Also, the current sealants are so easy to use and last 6 months+, I don't see the need for an expensive ceramic coating. FYI, the product uses for ceramic coatings is $75-$100, the rest is labor. $1,200 for a ceramic coating from a new car dealer is not a good deal.
