We're in Citrus Grove, power went out for a few seconds, then flickered a few times but then came back on.

Hawkins power blipped.

I only lost power for a millisecond twice, and only on some circuits -- as if one phase dropped. I checked my panel and all was well.

I'm not glad to hear others experienced it, but comforted that it wasn't only us.
