Don't know about Robo-flipping but two houses on my street are currently being flipped. First was sold several months ago by original owner and is in process of inside renovations and upgrades by a group who have flipped other homes in the Villages. Second was sold a month ago by original owner as turn key and with many upgrades and renovations done during their tenancy and sold within 5 days on market. New owners never occupied home but had some minor changes done and property is now on sale again for $124,000 over last sale price leading me to believe they are also in the property flipping business.

Both of these homes were on the market due to original owners re-locating outside of the Villages.

Who cares , flippers usually leave the home in better shape then previous owner , good for property values , I flipped a couple of new ones in south Florida and although not a flip I’ve never stayed in one new home I’ve owned in villlages more then 3 years (6 of them ) and while I did it mostly because I get restless , I’ve made money on all and on 2 of them a lot

I flipped one in under 60 days. As far as work on the flip, I mowed the lawn. Nothing else was done.

There is variation in sale prices of homes. When one is underpriced and you are prepared to buy it you can benefit financially.

Rewards go to those who research and take measured risks.
