This is the ad it came with. It says it is good for the entire table. So you would only need 1 coupon per table.

I read this as saying 25% all food items at the entire table, not just one person or entree. Good deal.

Had 3 couples that ate together there last night. Each couple used their own discount coupon. A very good deal.

So I guess it's settled. The rule as stated means that you can't sit down at a table with 4 coupons in your hand and expect to get a free meal.
