According to GoldWingnut, it's more retail space...

I hope so, it's my closest shopping center...

it's more retail space for small businesses...the counter guy at the Publix liquor that is immediately adjacent to the expansion had the inside info...it'll be similar to what they have on the opposite side of that Publix market
