Default Camellia model attic question

Have been in attic from garage but not from opening in the house. Is there useable space there? Do not have a ladder to look but would love another storage area. Thanks.

It gets extremely hot up there in the summer, not much will survive up there anyway.

If it is like our Gardenia, the answer is no because the insulation is about 12 inches over the top of the rafters, also there are lots of diagonal support beams. I was up there once to find where the CATV (security camera) cables were run. I would not attempt any storage in this area.

In the attic from the garage. Suggested by others it is very hot up there whatever you store up there will deteriorate. Also, the is s a design weight limit. Those commonly installed folding ladders. Imagine climbing that ladder with your hands full of stuff you want to put into storage. There are far better electric powered systems available. I think they cost like $4,000.
