Default Aluminum Cans

Now that the Lions Club is no longer collecting cans, does anyone know of a charitable organization that does? We hate to just put them in the trash.

Theoretically they say aluminum cans are separated from household waste and recycled (wink wink)

I buy mostly plastic containers now. I now don’t like taste from aluminum can liquid’s. I figure plastic burns better than aluminum and doesn’t create as big mining holes?
