As you ride along the beautiful tree lined path, northbound after exiting the tunnel under 466, just north of the Laurel Manor Medical parking lot, on the left (west) there is Hawk's Nest, and on the right there is a large construction project.

What are they building there?

I know behind that area is housing. They are not part of TV though.
