Has anyone watched the 2 series “Narcos” and the follow-up “Narcos Mexico” on Netflix? Accurate chronicled series on the origins of Colombian drug load Pablo Escobar and on to the Mexican trafficking world mostly through the eyes of the DEA. As you can imagine it is very violent in parts, but I came away with a sense of how and why the drug trade began and why the US has not ignored the issue, but certainly not addressed the problem in a way necessary to win the WAR on DRUGS.
