Where can I get a good weight bearing exercise workout.? Do any of the centers have free weights?

According to the "ad" in today's recreation news, the answer is yes, there are free weights in all 7 of the fitness centers.

I work out at Rohan. The only free weight are dumbells and the weight plates intended for the bench press. The bar for bench press is a fixed to to a rack so you don't need a spotter. Don't know about the other centers.
