One of the workers at Ezell, thinks it will open before the rest of sawgrass. Everyone is hired.

Still lots of dirt behind the black plastic. Parking is going to be an issue no matter what. With 300 seating, overflow parking will end up at Rec center

Would have thought the whole area would be open by now but guess building houses gets priority

Or maybe more permitting is required for commercial vs. residential. Besides there are only so many worker bees right now.

Could well be but would think after this amount of time they could answer better than soon.

If I was developer my priority now is building houses since demand is so strong.
