Joe Striano places a chip on the outside mirror (inside the mirror) of your car that enables you to approach and stop at gates in The Villages, and the gate will open. No buttons to push, no widows to roll down. No wet arms in car when raining - and reduces possibility of car hijacking. He did an outstanding job on our cars. Call him. Get this chip. You will be glad you did. Phone 845-542-7365

You know what else reduces the possibility of car jacking, just being in The Villages.

Just pulling up the the gate sensor, which pretty much blocks you from opening your door, will prevent car-jackings...
Plus, I don't think I've -ever- seen anyone loitering around an entrance gate... OTOH, some of those gate attendants do look a bit sketchy... ![]() |

He did ours too. I love it. There are a few gates that the sensor is too high but it works almost everywhere. He also put it in the headlight of our pick up which is raised and it works great!
