Myself, and four of my neighbors were taken by Shakquan and SJM Lawn service. After our current provider to leave the area, we chose to use this supplier because he was doing as neighbors home. His requirement was a month payment in advance. You guess it, he disappeared!! Phone mailbox full, not taking messages. Email now disconnected. Never serviced us and even stopped servicing the existing account. He just disappeared. Don't be a victim like us, run away!!!

I wouldn't have paid a month in advance, unless he would accept a credit card. If so, a simple credit card dispute with the bank, and you would not have lost any money.
