Default Voting

Folks, remember the new voting format: Republicans vote on Tuesday, Nov. 2and Democrats vote on Wednesday, Nov. 3rd. Support your candidates!

(For all the Dems who didn't realize this was a joke. It is. You were suppose to vote Monday.)

Sure beats standing in line tomorrow. And when I run into the solicitors at the mail stations, I say I already voted and they leave me alone.

Now if there was a way to let the telephone pests know, I would be happy.

bkc - loved that one! husband loved it, too!

zcaveman - we vote by absentee, so tomorrow is one of those days when we turn off the ringer on the phone and only respond to callers we recognize from the message machine. we have caller id, too, so we can return the calls where no msg was left. and then we'll go out to dinner when the late calls start to come! i liked it better when we were in hilton head this week of the year!

I wondered where the think-tank for Obama's death panel was located. Nobody would look here.

It is no joke.
Magicians are not the only ones misdirecting.
It's happening at the polls this week.

hundreds of stories with as many more incidents nationwide

Before anyone even jokes about it, know that in most areas infractions carry huge penalties.

Not to make light of the issue, but it didn't carry huge penalties in the new black panther party voter intimidation case where the panthers were carrying clubs just feet from the front door of the polling place in Penn.

Bk....with all due respect the NBPP were not carrying clubs...single guy was carrying a club.

You are right cologal. As I typed it plural I knew it was wrong and my hands got ahead of my mind and I didn't go back and correct the mistake. It was three black panther members in full militia garb and one was slapping a club against his thigh and in the palm of his hand as he stood at the door where voters were entering and exiting. Thanks cologal for correcting this. Sorry.
