Does anyone know if the Breeders Cup race on saturday will be shown on any of the basic cable channels at TV? We will be in creekside in one of the rentals, and they provide only basic service. If not, I would not be opposed to watching the race in a bar. This race looks like a must see, based on the 60 minutes segment about the 19/19 Zenyatta. She will be the oldest and the one with the best record going into the race. Truly a remarkable critter.

and she is a mare, and all the others are stallions. it's a remarkable story. this is her last race. why doesn't the owner try for the triple crown with her. she is retiring after this race to make babies - guess he just wants to clean up on the breeding fees.

The Breeder's Classic is being covered by ABC Sports. I have no idea whether ABC is part of the basic cable in TV, but generally the "big three" networks are offered in cable systems' basic service.
