Excellent doctor. Did upper and lower GI on my husband in TV hospital and then called my home three times when he was released. I believe she is fairly new to TV. Excellent office staff.

Who did you talk to on Dr Ravi's staff? Last Friday my doctor sent over a request for me. I didn't hear anything so I called last Wednesday. I was told they had the doctors order and would call. I called this morning to see what was going on, I was told by the same receptionist that the didn't have my Drs. order. I reminded her that 2 days ago she said they had the order. It suddenly appeared. Do you have a name of the staff member you delt with? Maybe I'll have better luck if I can get past the "Receptionist" Thanks, Len
