Default Finding owners

How do I find the owner of a property? I have family wanting to rent next year and with all the fraud, want to verify ownership. Prices are ridiculous for 2023

It's very easy. Go to the county tax appraiser website and search for the property address. It will show you the owner of the property.

Go to the website of the county property appraiser. Assuming that you want to look in Sumter County: Record Search : Sumter County Property Appraiser

I always go to the LSSA site as if I was paying my amenities fee and you can look up any name or address.
