Default Village of Spanish Springs Entrance Maintenance

The Village of Spanish Springs entrance will be closed to perform geotechnical investigation for the new flag pole foundation and installation on June 17 from 7-11 a.m. This schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather.

"The Village of Spanish Springs" - are they talking about Spanish Springs Town Square (which is not the Village of Spanish Springs)? Or are they referring to the townhouse condos behind the Marriot (The Villas of Spanish Springs, which is also not the Village of Spanish Springs?).

Geotechnical? Does that mean two guys with the survey scope and a string and a pole? Inquiring minds really want to know.

No, this is even simpler. A geotechnical investigation involves digging a hole and looking at the soil. They couldn't charge thousands if they said they were going to dig a hole.
