A very good friend raved about his golf cart guy. He said he was knowledgeable and I remember the last thing he said, "Hes' always on time"!!!

I called "The Golf Cart Guy" and made an appointment on July 12th at 9:45 AM. When he didn't show at 10:15, I called him! At 10:45, he showed up! So much for being on time.IMHO - he was sorta rude as he didn't apologized for being late and acted like his schedule was the only important thing to him.

He told me one of my lug stud's was stripped and asked if I wanted it replaced for $40. I said yes and he replaced the lug stud. He then told me he didn't have the proper lug nut to tighten over the lug stud. He told me it would hold with three nuts for a year but if I didn't feel comfortable with that he would could come back.

Thinking I would just install it myself. After checking several places unsuccessfully,for the proper lug nut.I called him about a couple of days later, and said I didn't feel comfortable with the wheel being tightened in three instead of 4 spots.

I made another appointment on July 22nd for 10:45 AM. 11:15 , I called again. I called again at noon Both calls went into voicemail.

I then took my cart to one of TV golf stores for repair. They determined he put a stripped stud on, or stripped it in the installation., Therefore the lug nut couldn't be put on and that may be why he didn't come back.

Myself and my friend will never call this golf cart repair guy again and I strongly recommend anyone else should not do business with this person.
