Homes are now available in the Village of Richmond. This new Village is a short golf car ride from Brownwood Paddock Square. This Village will also be close to Clarendon Recreation Center, Richmond Recreation Center, Richmond Pitch & Putt and Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center, which are all currently under construction.

Homeowners can choose from the variety of homesites available and select a floorplan and interior finishes such as cabinetry, countertops and flooring. Homeowners may be able choose to expand their home from a selection of structural enhancements, such as an expanded garage or lanai.
