I have driven by Mira Mesa on Rio Grande Avenue and noticed a lot of sand area. Is the golf course being closed or massive recondition?

The Mira Mesa golf course is being rebuilt and is closed. I don't recall exactly how long it will remain closed, but I seem to think they said something like 16 months to completion and it was started 3-4 months ago. It'll probably be ready for snowbird season 2024.
