Default Vic's Embers Supper Club

Every time I pass Vic's Embers Supper Club, I wonder what it's like, and if the food is good. Any recommendations?

It's always nice to have other dining options available, particularly during the winter peak season when it's difficult getting into restaurants in TV between 5-7:30 PM. Based on the menu, it doesn't appear to be any more expensive than Bonefish or Red Lobster.

Great steaks and good music. If you like a steak done Pittsburgh style, Vic's is the place to go. I miss his other place - Dead River Vic's.

I usually gauge the quality by the number of cars in the parking lot...gn

We ate there with a large group of Cane Garden regulars. Vic's Embers sent a bus to pick us and up. The food was excellent. It's a little dark in there. Take your glasses.

It's on Rte 441, not far from Babette's Furniture.

Very retro, went on a Saturday night and they had a piano bar and dancing.

Good food and old fashioned service, ceasar salad and Chateaubriand made at the table.

Plan on returning with some friends.

I was taken to Vic's for my birthday last month. Everything was very top drawer. The service, the food and the entertainment were all excellent. Vic himself was not there that night having just returned from a trip to Greece. However, his son, Victor was and kept a close eye on everything. I was particularly impressed when our server told us about items on the menu that they would not be serving because they couldn't get the quality that Vic demanded.

Altogether a most enjoyable experience and a place I will certainly return to.

We went there about 3 years ago. My son ordered a fish dish and had eaten half of it when the waitress came and said he had gotten the wrong order. She was told to pick up the half eaten order before he got the correct order. This was really strange. What were they going to do with the half eaten order? In any case we have never been back there. Glad to hear that others have had positive experiences there.
