I see two (so about 25%). There is possibly a third but I'm giving that guy the benefit of the doubt.

Some people apparently do not see the need to stay in one land and not cross solid line

How do we know the alleged violations aren't drivers changing lanes in preparation to leave the round about?

Perhaps because if they were to leave the roundabout where they are changing lanes they would end up in the grass.

And no, we don't know that they didn't both have a tire blow out and were struggling to regain control of their vehicles at just the instant the photograph was taken.

The red one on the yellow lines is obviously in the wrong—and he is just past an exit. The white one is just past an exit, the red one NOT on a yellow line is straddling the center, which he couldn’t be doing because he should have gone to the right lane (yellow lines) if he was already in the roundabout. If he just entered, he is still straddling both lanes. So, he is wrong too.

I would love to go a day and NOT see someone change lanes in a roundabout (and I don’t mean exiting). Just one day.
