Default Window leaking

I am having an issue with the upper fixed window in guest bedroom leaking. Had the glass replaced last February and then during Nicole I had water coming in again. Just had them out again to tell me glue has failed, same issue they said previously. I saw a 2016 post that said this is common in those windows and it is a caulking problem in the mullion. Looking for recommendations for someone who can assess my caulking and fix it. Window warranty wants to put in another new window. I’m not sure that is the problem.
Thank you

FYI, we had a water leak at a window. It ended up being a crack in the stucco allowing water to leak in around the top of the window.

OP, I would have a home inspector, we used D'Angelo 352-250-7818, to look at your leaking window. He should be able to determine the nature of the leak as well as whether there is other damage.

"Wants to put in another new window." I assume at no chance to you. What they are saying is they want to take the window out and do the job again. They will surely select a good crew who will do it RIGHT. A new window, so long as it matches is just to eliminate that as the issue. We just had that mini hurricane.
Rain traveling horizontally finds issues we do not know are there.

Thank you for the recommendation, had a very informative conversation with Frank.
