Does anyone understand the new cart signs and cart access on Buenos Aires? Please help me understand what is now allowed.
In the last week new signs were installed on Buenos Aires apparantly allowing travel on both sides. This allows access to the medical buildings across from Publix. Does it allow access to gas station too? Where does one get information on these type of cart traffic changes? |

There appears to be access to the gas station from the medical buildings. Just turn into the med bldgs from Buenos Aires and turn right in the parking lot and parallel BA to the gas station. This involves driving through parking lots and that can be tricky as people tend to back out of parking spaces without looking. |

Once there there are two links that may be helpful, the one that says, "Multi-Modal Closures and Detours" (this has the latest press release) and the one on the right sidebar, "Multi-Modal Path Project" (this has Detour Maps and you can even sign up for email updates) Be safe! |

If you follow the signs, as soon as you cross El Camino Real, you are to get into the left lane of Buenos Aires. There is a sign not too far along that says "No golf carts beyond this point." This crossing only allows access to the medical complex, not to the gas station directly from Buenos Aires, nor even to the Publix on the right hand side. If you want to go to Publix or Walgreens you still need to use the tunnel.
