I unexpectedly need to sell my patio villa that is in the heart of the villages see below. I just did the following thinking I was staying. This is a home not a rental. I’m willing to pay 2.5% to a realtor. Besides listing on Zillow, does anyone familiar with selling in the villages have a suggestion on how to sell my home? Thanks.

Price it right and have an open house and it won’t last long. There are many title companies that will do the paperwork for you. Good luck.

craigslist and/or an ad on this site. the prior post was correct, it won't last long. I've done a FSBO and it's not so hard, just get a title company.

I doubt any realtor will bite at 2.5%.
Consider the tradeoff between the number of buyers that would see your FSBO ads, vs MLS or TV listings. Wold the higher exposure get a buyer at a higher price? And sooner so lower carrying costs?

You do your Job, and a Realtor sells houses! In this Market a Realtor is highly recommended! I have sold a house up North in a Sellers market. IF YOUR ASKING WHAT TO DO , that’s the first sign you need a Realtor

We did a cash sale by owner with the closing at Sumter Landing. The Title company did all the paperwork. Less than a $1000.00. In this TV market you can do it yourself, if you want to.
