I just furnished every room in my house with furniture purchased from Pottery Barn and West Elm (really the same company, owned by Williams Sonoma). All purchased on-line over the last few months - I can tell you the good and the not-so-good. Send me a private message if you would like me to elaborate on my experience.

From our experience last year ; Good quality furniture (we bought a wall unit). However, they must have switch paint tint as some of the pieces have a different “sheen” to them when looking at an angle.

We also had big issues with supply….always a delay and no one could tell us a definite day when goods would arrive. I think we had 3 different delivery times, months apart. We actually cancelled some pieces….. we just gave up. Sadly, they would only give us a credit on the account and would not refund to our credit card. My wife spent hours and hours on hold with customer service. Bad experience.

So if you must order from them, make sure it’s in stock.
