For the past five or so years, Office Max has offered the free "elf yourself" Christmas cards. They were pretty basic, but good, when they first started, but now they have gotten really great.

Looking at other peoples family pictures is a bore, but please look at this. These are my niece's twins Jacob and Jillian (age 4) and their older bother Johnathan (age 7). The only important thing is to see how great this is and how much fun it is. I believe you can even do one of your own from this link. There's no charge and it isn't spam.
