My guess is about Costco setting up locally. Latest one, from wife's hair dresser.... Walmart on 466 is closing to open on the far south end and Costco is taking over that location.

Maybe Polo Fields rumors are up there somewhere.

Nah. That lot size would be to small for a Costco or any other store than what is there now.

Average household income for the area is below Costco's standard, and the average age in the area is 68.8. Older people consume less. I doubt Costco would be opening up around there.
