Default Android Phone: Video Comes Out Sideways

I have a Samsung S10e. When I record a video holding the phone upright it shows in the gallery as being OK. But when I post it on Facebook it always comes out sideways. If I turn the phone and hold it lengthwise the video posts upside down.

What is the fix?

Thanks?

I don't know if this will work, but have you tried rotating the video on your phone, saving it, then uploading the rotated video?

I have a Samsung S23 & within the video there is the edit button & within that is a rotate & or crop button. I just rotated a video, but I didn't upload it to FB, but it seems like it would work.

Let me know if this suceeds, or if you have any questions about my answer.

I don't seem to have the rotate feature.

You go into the gallery app, open the video, then hit the edit, & there is no open circle with an arrow towards the bottom right?
