Default Millipedes

I have an invasion of millipedes.

Where do they come and how do you get rid of them?

Good luck. My home is 3 years old and this is the first time I've seen them. The little buggers have invaded my lanai big time.I have no landscaping by the lanai so no bark mulch where they can hide. Contacted my pest control people and they said they are 'moving thru the area' which has been going on since May, so they must be slow to move on thru. I used an entire gallon of ortho home defense spray and the millipedes died if I sprayed right on them, but it didn't kill or deter any new ones. My pest company put out granular permethrin but that didn't seem to work. Sadly I have no answers, just have glue traps by the doors to catch any sneaky little devils.

Horrible way to die. Glue traps. Don't come back as a millipede (or rodent)
