Default Vet reccommendations

I have a 13 year old Golden Retriever and a cat and would like to find a good vet. Anyone have a vet they can recommend. Thanks in advance.

Animal Care Center of Wildwood. Dr Timothy Porter. We used him for our Maine Coon and they were honest and straight forward. Didn't try to talk us into unnecessary procedures. Reasonable prices

Dr. Candice Manganaro of Park Heights Animal Care in Leesburg (or is it Fruitland Park?) pulled our Golden Retriever through three serious conditions before he passed away at 14.5 from a neurological disease. When we took our rescue lab mix to Gainesville emergency care we got a call from her while we were waiting in the car for a diagnosis. This was a Sunday. She gets push notifications from UF about any pet in her care. She kept detailed records of and communication with every specialist we used for our golden. She always--always--calls us with blood work results. I can't recommend her highly enough.

She's young, has three daughters, is invested in the community and is seriously committed to dogs and cats, having rescued several of her own. Park Heights is on 441. It takes 20 minutes from our home in Tamarind Grove. There's a back way if you're coming from the southern sections.

Second vote for Dr. Porter, we have been using him for close to 10 years.
