I have shoulder length hair. I want an undercut hair cut that the hair turns under. Can anyone recommend someone who can cut undercut?

I have a similar problem with my hair. I go to Great Clips and if you ask to have it undercut, they can do it. Good luck. I hate getting hair cuts. I can't remember who fixed my hair this time. I usually have Dawn cut it but then have to go back to have it undercut because I guess I forget to tell her. They are pretty good about fixing it. I have paid a lot more for haircuts and still have not gotten what I need.
