Hi all,
In your opinion what type of auto coverage should be taken (or omitted) for a policy on a used car? Collision? Comprehensive? Etc. On a similar note, should golf cart coverage go on your homeowners or auto policy? Thanks! |

All cars are used cars. I don't think you will save very much money by dropping collision and comprehensive auto insurance. For golf carts, I would want to cover it under homeowner's insurance, if possible, to avoid the risk of a huge increase or cancellation in my auto insurance because of a golf cart accident.

Golf carts get a separate policy, typically a motorcycle policy, from what i understand if you insure under your HOUSE policy you get limited coverage, be sure you check this out. The typical GC policy is around $100 to $150.
