How can you find out the rules for Newell? What district do you look up. Thanks in advance.

Ps. I'm looking to see if your allowed to put planter boxes on the fence that borders a pond?

You need to download the deed restriction document for your property. Go to "districtgov.org". I think Newell is in District 14. Look at your Villages ID card for "L" number. Go to "how do I" download my deed restrictions. Good luck.

Here is the contact information for ARC, you can probably get your question answered with a phone call, this will NOT be approval, you will still need to file the form for actual approval, but they should be able to tell you if your idea is feasible.
