21 years since an American won a major!! I grew up watching Connors, McEnroe, Agassi, and Sampras!

I thought that is the reason they put the roof on! So that the players don’t have play outdoors when it is hot or rainy.

I was always a big Agassi fan, mainly because my wife was a Sampras fan. Their rivalry was legendary, as were some of their matches.

Great tennis back then with the clashes of various styles. Today in men's tennis at least it is more like a marathon than a tennis match.
