How is the service? Coming to the house is a nice touch. Much of a wait for this service? Good techs? 5 year warranty seems good.
Their cart prices seem much better too.

We have been "at home" customers since 2010, and we've never been disappointed with the technicians. Making appointments are easy, but I don't know how quick they could respond in an emergency.

I agree been having them come to the house for 10 years for maintenance and didn’t try and add on any “needed” stuff.

Have bought 3 carts from them; getting ready to purchase a 4th; great company; great personnel.

They quit sending an invoice in the mail stating what services were done to the cart. Now the service guy just gives the amount you owe.
