This was never a good idea. How about no golf in Christmas Day and everyone spend time with the family.

Wow. The original, simple question was never answered.

The first time I ever went to Disney World in LA, back in 1972, I was amazed at how clean and spotless it was. I would have been embarrassed to drop a wrapper on anything else on their spotless streets.

It's the same at Augusta National or even my private country club at home. Management sets the tone. Who would think twice about dropping a cigar butt in an alley behind a 24 Hour Convenience store?

If a bunker is impeccably raked when Golfer #1 hits his ball into it, the odds are ... he'll be embarrassed not to re-rake it.

When attention by the Maintenance crews improves, golfer's etiquette improves. It's a 2 way street.

And you are adding to that list.
No TV Xmas golf, free or otherwise. There, that was simple!
