What was your most exciting memory of Tiger Woods? Anyone meet him in person?

Here is my second favorite performance. He had hit 87 mph in his rental Genesis. Tiger Woods crash: How 15-minute car ride ended in disaster for the athlete | Daily Mail Online

Easy answer. The final day of the 1999 Ryder Cup at The Country Club in Brookline, MA. The greatest comeback in Ryder Cup history. My dad and I were watching history unfold greenside, when Tiger made an incredible chip in from the rough. He was so pumped he ran around fist-pumping the spectators, including my dad and I. That day absolutely was the most exciting and patriotic sporting event I’ll ever witness live, and I got to experience it with my father : )

Most impressive to me was the 2000 US Open at Pebble Beach. Woods beat the second best player in the tournamen by 15 strokes! That was during the time that he held all 4 major titles at the same time. (it also coincidentaly coincided with his having undergon lasix surgery which I believe improved his incredible putting.)

I have no use for Woods. The horror he inflicted on his wife far outweighs anything he’s done on the golf course…especially never expressing any regret or remorse.

Bad behavior is often connected to celebrities. I do think he owned up to his. He did not lie, cheat and steal like others. And then have powerful lawyers try to sweep everything under the rug. |

I'm not a big Tiger Woods fan and certainly not going to defend his behavior towards his wife.
I've always thought you could tell a lot about someone, by how they raise their children and the effort they exert. Hardly a week goes by, that I don't run across a story or photo, about Tiger and Charlie and/or Sam. Tiger Tee'd it up with Charlie at the PNC. The week before, he was here in The Villages, as Sam was playing in a volleyball tournament at the new High School. Tiger didn't just fly in and show up to watch her, Tiger spent the night at the Waterfront Inn and spent time with his daughter. Tiger was up at Mission Inn for another Charlie tournament, a couple of months ago. Most of the guys who know him, will say he's a lot different guy these days. His 2 greatest shots in my opinion. 2001 World Cup: Attention Required! | Cloudflare 2000 Canadian Open, to beat Grant Waite (Grant's one of the funniest guys on the PGA Tour. As opposed to those trashing him while ignoring the initial question...
