Chilly day to play yesterday with that biting wind from the north but we got through it ! 🏌🏿*♂️

In last played this course about 4 months ago and the only fault I could find back then was an overwhelming amount of weeds .

This time around , it appears that the maintenance crew has done a great job overall !

There was only one green that showed some distress not effecting the putting and we found the greens to be FAST !

The fairways on both par 4 ‘s were plush with a clear designation between fairway and “rough”

Areas around the greens were well kept, no “hard pan”

The tee boxes were all in great condition. What more can you ask for ??

Course gets an easy A rating maybe even an A+ ! 🏌🏿*♂️🏌🏿*♂️🏌🏿*♂️

The conditions of the Greens have deteriorated on De La Visa. My wife and I played the course on 1-11-2025 and found that the greens had a lot of weeds, bald spots with no grass and some had a lot of sand on them. Green speeds were quick, but inconsistent. The Tee Boxes and Fairways are in pretty good condition.
