The housing inventory is approaching record numbers!

Miami and Austin have highest rate of homes on market for 60-plus days
Providence and Milwaukee had the lowest among metros
Housing supply is partially increased due to stale active listings

Housing supply has increased 12 percent after more than half of the homes listed during November went unsold, the highest peak since 2020, according to Redfin.

Existing inventory in the Villages has gone up almost 20% in just the last 60 days. There are 602 listings on Zillow alone.

This is great news for those considering buying in the next couple of months! More and more will have buying opportunities.
