Construction at La Grande and SR 27/441?

They're digging deep next to The Village Veterinarian, on La Grande. Does anyone know what's going up there? I don't see any signs, just a HUGE mound of dirt and machinery.

It's that big lot of land between The Villages Dental and CVI (Cardio-Vascular Institute).
