Default Android Phone/ App Problem

I had an App on my Android phone that was connected to my Smart Watch. It kept disconnecting, so I deleted the App and then re-installed it. That worked, except that the app's icon is missing. The App is functional, but I must go into settings to use it. I'm wondering what happened to the icon. Any ideas?

Search for the app, then press down on the icon (long press), then choose "Add to home"

Check for hidden Icon / App:
Long press home screen > Settings > Hide apps on Home and Apps screens
Verify App missing is not selected / marked if so unselect

I assume that you have checked every page on the phone that has icons. Have you also clicked on icons that have multiple app icons lumped together on one icon, like a folder?

Try rebooting your phone and look again after it restarts.
