Hi, I'm looking for someone to mow, edge and sweep 2 to 4 times a month. My biggest concern is communication. Let me know when you will be out and we are good.

You might give a shout out on the Newell Facebook group? Also, most just charge a flat monthly fee instead of a per 2-4 times a month type stuff. If you let it get too long they could charge more.
