Lake Sumter Square Lights

I'm curious as to what is going on at Lake Sumter Square. Looks like a special occasion for something. Different colored lights on an isle leading up to the stage. Any comments will be appreciated.

Maybe it’s to do with the electric light party tonight at the square?
