Default Update. Acupuncture done !!!Acupuncture???

For the last couple years I’d get a sharp pain in my lower side back. Directly there, no leg pain re sciatica. Typically in the AM getting out of bed. Would happen every 6 or so months, then after Tylenol and heating pad it would resolve after 2-3 days.
Well now, started Thursday and same now, 4 days. Debilitating.
Heard from a neighbor that a friend had sciatica and went to a local Acupuncture and really helped.
If this goes on another day without relief I’d prefer to try that. Rather than go the med Dr route… pills etc.
anyone have experience with acupuncture locally???
Thanks,

I went the acupuncture route last night. Dr in Oxford, only 25 min from our TV house. Great process. He has 48 years experience in Eastern Medicine. Took total of 2 hours including pretesting and needles placement. Virtually painless BTW. When done the back pain was 95% gone. Amazing. Going back Monday for retesting. So happy. I did not want to go the regular Dr route. X-ray mri drugs….so pleased.
