Default Vet Tech or Nurse to HELP with dog injection

Mom’s little Havanese dog was diagnosed with a kidney issue. I flew into town for two weeks to help her give the fluid injection to him every other day his results have improved. However, the vet says he needs to continue on fluids 2 to 3 times a week.
The procedure takes 15 minutes. He’s a champ and lays there calmly while the injection is given, but mom is elderly and shakes a little and needs help from someone who may be able to give the needle injection. Believe it or not there’s no nurses in her village area that we know of.
Mom is located in Hacienda Village thinking maybe there is a vet tech or a nurse who may be able to help mom out until I can get back to town in May.
Anyone out there who loves little dogs and has a little experience would be greatly appreciated if there’s any place to ask for help it’s here in The Villages.
Thank you in advance.
