I do understand The Villages wanting to promote and advertise the newly relocated Street of Dreams in the Well Point neighborhood. Monday through Thursday the trolleys run along Russo Run navigating around contractor vehicles parked at the curb. During these show-n-tell expos, The Villages also blocks the west end of the county-maintained Russo Run off of McNeil Drive. I and my neighbors and contractors share the east end of Russo Run with trolleys.
Here’s my suggestion. If The Villages is going to close the road anyway, then route the trolleys onto that road and let residents and contractors have the east end of Russo Run.

The joys of living near a Street of Dreams - been there, done that, it'll move on In a year or so.

At least they built parking lots.

It'll be two years before the streets are turned over to the city.
