It appears new Premier home sites are available in Edenfield.
As an aside, the guy that hosts these videos for The Villages really needs to get an Agent, he's got a golden voice made for a commercial voice-over career. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YeVlRS84Q5k

The price of everything has gone up over the past 3-4 years. Infrastructure is no different.

We found those whose concerns were the $$$$ amount of the bond, usually not looking to build, or buy. Just felt the need inform those spending 1million $$$, due diligence was involved.
My theory if you can afford a view lot, then build a premier home, the bond isn’t a high priority . Acquiring the perfect lot, and model is top priority

For the section that they showed in the video, Unit 162, being released Monday, the bond is $47,934.17 per lot (interior lot going for $5K or the most expensive lot going for $300K, it's all the same for all 138 lots). The Enclave bond was just over $70K. Most lots being listed as "premier" home sites do not accommodate the earlier & larger premier homes like the Grand View, St. Johns, or Kings Bay. They will hold some of the newer designs and the upscaled designer homes now listed as Premier homes.
